Moreno: a man is reported for obscene exhibitions to a minor
Another case of insecurity in Axel Kicillof's province and in the ultrakirchnerista Mariel Fernández's municipality
Insecurity in Greater Buenos Aires shows no respite. In the town of Cuartel V, in the district of Moreno, a mother filed a criminal complaint after an incident of obscene exposure involving her 12-year-old daughter.
The incident once again highlights the chaos in the streets under the administration of the ultra-Kirchnerist mayor Mariel Fernández and Governor Axel Kicillof, who continue to provide no answers to the residents.

The case
On March 24, Cintia Elizabeth Figueroa went to the police station to report that her daughter Sofía Fernández, only 12 years old, was a victim of obscene exposure while at the intersection of La Escultura and Santander. The terrified girl returned home in tears and told her mother what had happened, who decided to act immediately.
According to the complaint, the minor identified the assailant as Brian Maximiliano Espíndola, residing in the area. Following the viralization of a video on social media, the community began to recognize the accused and share information about his whereabouts.
Reaction of the residents
The testimony of the victim's mother exposed the defenseless state in which the citizens of Moreno live. The news caused outrage among the residents, who, in the absence of police action, went to the accused's home seeking explanations.
Far from receiving answers, the situation escalated to the point where television media arrived at the scene to document the case. However, municipal and provincial authorities were conspicuously absent.
Insecurity, an unsolved problem in Moreno
This new incident adds to the wave of insecurity plaguing the province of Buenos Aires, where the lack of patrolling and the inaction of security forces allow criminals to act with total impunity. Meanwhile, Governor Axel Kicillof and Mayor Mariel Fernández divert attention with empty speeches, and Buenos Aires residents are daily victims of robberies, attacks, and acts of violence in broad daylight.
The citizens of Moreno demand concrete answers. How long will they have to live in fear? The lack of effective security policies highlights a government more concerned with its political agenda than with ensuring the protection of the residents.
