New leaked chats between Fabiola and the former violent president, Alberto Fernández
The messages from the examined phone of the extremely violent former president, Alberto Fernández, were leaked
The figure of former president Alberto Fernández once again finds himself at the center of public condemnation after the leak of a series of private messages between him and his former partner, former first lady Fabiola Yañez, in the context of the judicial case for violence. The exchanges, which were formally incorporated as evidence in the judicial investigation, reveal a web of abuse, neglect, and abuse of power that could accelerate the former president's path toward a public trial.
Federal prosecutor Ramiro González delivered the forensic copy of the expert analysis conducted on the electronic devices seized from Fernández. The hard drives, now in the hands of both the former president's defense and the plaintiff represented by Yañez, contain a large volume of information, including messages exchanged not only between the former couple, but also with Miriam Verdugo, Yañez's mother.

Among the most forceful texts, Fabiola reproaches him:
"You incinerated me before a country while I was pregnant with your child", in addition to stating:
"You humiliated me, you disrespected me (...) you didn't care."
In another part, she says:
"Fabiola is over, the one who forgave and did what you and your people told me to do", revealing a relationship marked by manipulation and psychological abuse.
Yañez also reports that figures from the presidential circle pressured her to remain silent. In another leaked fragment, there is a direct reproach to the former president:
"Your friend Pepe Albistur, whose wife you made a minister. Manzano and Olmos who supported Sofía Pachi's extortion to defend you, not me", referring to businessman Juan Manuel Olmos, former Secretary of Media Enrique "Pepe" Albistur (partner of Victoria Tolosa Paz), and Sofía Pachi, an official from Olivos's inner circle.
The statements reveal not only an intimate relationship broken by abuse, but also the use of influence, favors, and powerful names to cover up or protect criminal conduct. Along the same lines, the plaintiff, represented by attorney Mauricio D'Alessandro, indicated that the preliminary analysis of the messages "would confirm the accusation related to the pressures suffered by Yañez", which could lead to new requests for evidence or witness summons.

Despite the seriousness of the accusations, Fernández replied with evasive political rhetoric. In one of the messages addressed to his then partner, he coldly remarked:
"Being in politics means enduring these pains that you weren't prepared to bear. I didn't bury you. Every day, people throw shovelfuls of dirt on me. You threw shovelfuls of dirt on me too", minimizing the suffering of others and casting himself as a victim in a case where he faces charges of minor injuries, serious injuries, and coercive threats.
The judicial scandal, which had already escalated when the Federal Chamber of Buenos Aires confirmed his indictment, added a new chapter when the former president himself tried to clear his name with a public message. In a post on his Instagram account, addressed to his son Francisco, he wrote:
"I'm still fighting to be able to talk to you and see you", appealing to sentimentality just days after his criminal responsibility was confirmed for acts of violence committed at Quinta de Olivos itself, while he was serving as president.
