After the embarrassment caused by the Ultrakirchnerist Florencia Peña when she stated on Luzu TV that Lionel Messi's father, Jorge Messi, had died, the actress would continue to demand that the streaming channel pay her compensation for the damage caused to her image.

According to Yanina Latorre, in recent days the Kirchnerist actress met with her lawyer, Fernando Burlando, to help her request a ridiculous sum of money. "Florencia Peña had said she had backed off because of what happened, but now she hasn't. She wants to go to trial and is demanding money", the panelist recapped.
Nico Occhiato, who had initially hired her to do a summer program, had trusted her to continue on air for a few more months with his show with Marley. However, the media problem exploded while he was in the United States covering the 2026 World Cup, and now his phones would not stop ringing.
"Today I spoke with the legal team at Luzu, because Burlando is not meeting with Nico Occhiato or talking. There has been no more dialogue. Nico has not spoken to Flor or Burlando or anyone. As Fernando Burlando acknowledged, the main reason he would be requesting compensation is for the "discomfort" that his client had to endure.
