"After sharing life with @gimeaccardi for 18 years, supporting each other through good times, bad times, and all those moments that marked us forever, today we feel it's time to take different paths," Nicolás Vázquez began in a statement published on his Instagram stories.

"It wasn't an easy decision, because there's a lot of love, respect, and a deep history that unites us. We experienced beautiful moments, weathered storms, grew together, laughed, cried, and built a bond that we'll always carry in our hearts," he continued, implying that the breakup was mutual.

"For some time now, we've been fighting for it, trying everything within our reach, but also understanding with maturity that sometimes the healthiest thing is to let go.
Today, we choose to walk through life separately, but love, even if it takes new forms, is still present. Mutual respect will always be the bridge that unites us," analyzed the former Casi Ángeles actor.
