One of the Kirchnerists who attacked the TN building will run as a candidate in Buenos Aires Province.
This is Facundo Lococo, who participated in the violent attack on the building where TN and El Trece operate
Facundo Lococo, one of the Kirchnerist criminals who participated in the violent attack on the building where TN and eltrece operate, appears in the third position on the list of councilor candidates for the Peronist front Fuerza Patria in the Buenos Aires municipality of Tres de Febrero.
The Buenos Aires City Police identified Lococo along with José Lepere, former Secretary of the Interior during the administration of Kirchnerist Eduardo "Wado" de Pedro in the Ministry of the Interior under the government of the assailant Alberto Fernández, as well as Pablo "Tato" Giles, Matías Federici, and Rubén Ezequiel Pavón.
The attack on the Artear building took place on June 10, just a few hours after the Supreme Court confirmed the conviction against the corrupt former president Cristina Fernández de Kirchner in the Vialidad case, which imposed six years in prison and perpetual disqualification from holding public office.

In this context, activists linked to La Cámpora, the organization led by Máximo Kirchner, illegally forced entry into the building through the Lima Street entrance, overpowering the security staff. Once inside, they destroyed vehicles, broke windows, and damaged televisions, among many other things.
The participation of the four Kirchnerist activists was confirmed through images captured by security cameras and later corroborated by both the police forces and the judiciary.
Throughout June 10, supporters of the corrupt and convicted former president had gathered near her residence, located at the intersection of San José and Humberto Primo, just a few blocks from the channel's facilities. Upon leaving, a group diverted toward the Artear building, where they perpetrated the violent destruction.
This way, Facundo Lococo, former Kirchnerist councilor of Tres de Febrero, despite being involved in the attack on the building where TN and eltrece operate, has a high probability of returning to occupy a seat in the Deliberative Council. Additionally, Lococo served as campaign manager for Juan Debandi, current member of the Deliberative Council of that Buenos Aires municipality.

The case regarding the attack
Within the framework of the judicial investigation, Matías Federici was charged with embezzlement of public funds, since he allegedly used a van belonging to the Ministry of Justice of the Province of Buenos Aires to travel to the corner of Humberto 1º and Santiago del Estero. There, he met with other individuals before heading to the location where the attack occurred. As a precautionary measure, he was prohibited from leaving the country.
According to the prosecution, the rest of those involved are accused of having acted in an organized and premeditated manner, with the objective of reaching the channel's building and forcing their entry, ignoring the warnings of the security staff.
"They broke the access barriers, threw stones at the vehicles parked at the site, causing damage to them and to two bicycles, then entered the building. Once inside, they threw stones at windows, screens, and furniture, and painted graffiti on the walls of the ground floor, then fled the scene," the judiciary specified.
