The Pokémon universe is experiencing an October full of new developments. While the release of Pokémon Legends Z-A is expected on October 16, The Pokémon Company and DeNA have decided to celebrate the anniversary of Pokémon TCG Pocket with a special update: the arrival of Deluxe EX Packs.
This expansion not only brings back rare cards from previous editions, but also introduces new collectible pieces that enhance the experience on mobile devices.
Expansion with rare cards and new mechanics
The introduction of Deluxe EX Packs has brought a strategic change to the game's reward system. Within the Magic Choices, available until October 30, adjustments have been implemented that allow access to additional resources.
Now, each pack offers four cards to choose from, in addition to including two Hourglasses, a key item that allows players to unlock extra packs at no cost.

These hourglasses have become a special currency within the app, which expands the possibilities of obtaining rare cards without relying exclusively on luck.
