In the context of a case that has shaken the foundations of union power, the justice system has proceeded to register the privacy of Facundo Moyano, who is currently detained and charged with the serious crimes of assault and unlawful deprivation of liberty in a context of gender violence.

This procedural advance occurs while the former legislator, who once posed with the green scarf and celebrated women's activism, remains housed in the Alcaidía Comunal 4 on Avenida Montes de Oca.

The crucial focus of the day centered on the lockdown operation at the leader's residence. Around 3:00 PM on Tuesday, a column of police cars from the City Police arrived at Avenida del Libertador 5414, an exclusive building in the Buenos Aires neighborhood of Belgrano.

The procedure on the fourth floor, where the head of the toll workers' union (Sutpa) resides, was requested by the assistant prosecutor Julián Pistone and quickly authorized by the Criminal, Misdemeanor, and Minor Offenses Court No. 4, presided over by Judge Julia Correa.

The investigators' goal inside the property is a thorough search for elements that allow them to reconstruct the "traumatic night" of "excesses" that was even described by the victim's own defense.

The Justice seeks to determine exactly what happened within those walls before the influencer Candela Arizaga, aged 23, managed to escape from the place.

According to the official record, the young woman was found at 5:00 AM wandering "semi-nude and disoriented" in public, after a desperate call to 911 made by neighbors who noticed the situation.

Among the ordered measures, the analysis of the security cameras of the building and the surrounding area stands out to certify the sequence captured in videos showing Moyano chasing the young woman.

The model's lawyer, Diego Storto, was emphatic in stating that the condition of his client "has an origin and that origin will be determined by Justice", indicating that he will expand his statement as soon as he receives medical clearance from the Pirovano Hospital, where a knee injury was confirmed.

On the other hand, the union leader's attitude towards the law continues to raise suspicions. Judicial sources confirmed that Facundo Moyano refused to undergo blood and urine tests requested by the prosecution, a maneuver aimed at concealing his state during the incident. In response, the lawyer affiliated with the clan, Juan Pablo Fioribello, attempted to downplay the situation, considering the search as a "logical measure to establish how things were, what is seized at the site, whether or not there were drugs".

This search not only seeks material evidence but also scrutinizes the lifestyle of a leadership that, while preaching social justice, resides in luxury apartments in the most expensive neighborhoods of the Capital. The case, which now has a police presence permanently stationed at the door of Moyano's residence, promises to be the end of the career of someone who aimed to be the renewed and "feminist" face of a rancid and violent unionism.
