Filling up with gas in June: benefits at YPF, Shell, and Axion with up to 30% cashback

Many banks and virtual wallets continue to offer promotions for refueling with discounts. Some stations such as YPF, Shell, and Axion offer cashbacks of up to 30%, depending on the payment method.

Which discounts are still available at service stations?

Banco Nación

• Shell: 25% cashback with a cap of $20,000 per month. Valid until the end of April.
• YPF: 15% cashback with a cap of $15,000 using a credit card or MODO BNA+.
• Axion: 10% discount every day, with a cap of $15,000 per month when paying with BNA+.

Banco Macro

On Wednesdays, clients with Visa Platinum get a 20% cashback at YPF, using MODO. The monthly cap is $15,000 and the promotion lasts until June 30, 2025.

With Visa Signature Macro Selecta, the cashback increases to 30% on Wednesdays at YPF, with a cap of $25,000 per month.

Banco Galicia

Every Monday there is a 10% cashback at YPF, Shell, Puma Energy, and Axion when paying with Mastercard Galicia Más via MODO. The monthly cap is $10,000 per user, valid until June 23.

With a regular Mastercard Galicia, the 10% also applies on Mondays, but the promotion is extended until June 30.

Banco Comafi

• 10% cashback on Sundays at Shell, with a weekly cap of $5,000. Valid until June 30.
• Cartera Único: 20% cashback on Sundays at Shell, with a weekly cap of $8,000.

Both options require payment with Visa or Mastercard cards, using MODO with a linked account.

BBVA

On Saturdays there is a 20% cashback at Axion for those who receive their salary at BBVA and are registered in ON 72 hours in advance. Payment is made with the bank's Visa or Mastercard cards via MODO. The monthly cap is $6,000.

The promotion is valid until May 31, 2025.

Banco Ciudad

On Sundays there is a 10% discount at YPF, Shell, and Axion, when paying with MODO QR using Visa or Mastercard cards from Ciudad.

The monthly cap is $10,000. Clients of the Payroll Plan or retirees get an extra 5% with an additional cap of $5,000.
