During this Monday's broadcast of LAM, Karina Iavícoli received a message and shared information about the legal conflict between the exes.
“I have received information that everything is very advanced for Ricky Diotto to request custody of his daughter due to María Fernanda Callejón's poor performance as a mother and the parental alienation she is allegedly exerting over the minor, turning her against her father,” the journalist stated.
Iavícoli also noted that the decision is advanced and anticipated that she would write to Diotto to consult him on the matter.
Ángel de Brito described Diotto's objective as “almost impossible.” He also detailed some of the grounds that can be presented before the Justice to request that a child no longer be under the care of one of their parents.
“There are two arguments or grounds in Justice for that: a mental health issue or addictions… and prostitution. Or child violence as well,” the host explained.
