An investigation into aggravated robbery led to a police operation in the city of Río Cuarto, Córdoba, where three people were arrested. The operation was carried out by officers from the local department, with support from the Anti-Narcotics Police Force. The detainees are two men and one woman, all adults, who were surprised by the officers during the intervention. At the scene, 2.7 kilograms (5.95 pounds) of marijuana were seized, which could indicate a connection to the illegal sale of narcotics. Two motorcycles, three cell phones, and clothing possibly related to the investigated incident were also seized.
According to police sources, the operation was carried out based on information provided in the context of a previous investigation. The searched residence had already been identified as a suspicious location, which made it possible to obtain a court order to enter. The results of the operation could broaden the scope of the original case.
