River secured Bautista Dadín with a record clause of 100 million dollars.

The young reserve team striker signed his first professional contract until 2028 and became the player with the highest release clause in the history of the club and Argentine football

Bautista Dadín, one of the greatest prospects to emerge from the Youth Divisions of River, signed his first professional contract with the club until December 2028 and was secured with a record release clause of 100 million dollars. This is the highest amount ever set by Millonario and Argentine soccer, which sends a strong message to the European market following the recent departure of Franco Mastantuono to Real Madrid.

Born in Balcarce in 2006, Dadín arrived in Núñez in 2017 and established himself as a top scorer in various youth categories. In the Fifth Division, he scored 24 goals in 27 matches, and in the Reserves, under the guidance of Marcelo Escudero, he added 7 goals in 15 games, also showing his ability to finish with both feet.

His development did not go unnoticed by Marcelo Gallardo, who promoted him to train with the First Team and included him in the squad list to compete in the Club World Cup, although he did not get any playing time in the tournament. Upon returning, the club solved a pending situation: Dadín still did not have a professional contract.

In this context, River made the signing of the contract official, which also includes an extra detail: the release clause will be 100 million dollars, which will increase to 120 when there are ten business days left before the close of each transfer window, according to journalist Germán Balcarce.

The club's decision seeks to prevent an early departure like Mastantuono's and ensures the continuity of one of the most outstanding young players in recent times. Meanwhile, Dadín showed his willingness to continue his career at the club that developed him, unlike other recent cases, sending a clear message of commitment to both the management and Millonario fans.
