Rodrigo de Paul and Tini Stoessel have decided to give their love story another chance, and they've done so in a lavish way. After several weeks of rumors, it has emerged that the couple has not only reconciled, but has already taken things a step further: sharing a home in Madrid.
The chosen residence is located in Boadilla del Monte, an exclusive development to the west of the Spanish capital. The footballer finalized the purchase at the end of February, just days before his birthday.
The mansion was appraised at 6,800,000 euros, although De Paul managed to negotiate a final price of 6 million. He signed the deed on February 27, dressed in a casual outfit that contrasted with the magnitude of the transaction.

Although Tini was not present at the signing, sources close to the couple confirmed that the property was chosen specifically to share with her.
A top-level retreat with modern design
Rodrigo de Paul's new home spared no detail. With a surface area of 16,145 square feet (1,500 m²), the mansion was built in a modern and minimalist style, where natural light and open spaces take center stage.
It features several en-suite bedrooms, a private office, and a master bedroom that stands out: it includes a 323 square foot (30 m²) walk-in closet with a central island. Everything was designed with an exclusive and functional approach.
