Sabrina Carballo revealed the legal drama she is experiencing with her ex: 'It causes me a lot of distress'

The actress is going through a difficult legal situation with Damián Potenza, her ex-partner and the father of her only daughter

Sabrina Carballo faces a delicate legal conflict with her ex-partner, Damián Potenza, whom she reported at the beginning of May. Since then, a restraining order has been in effect between them.

The actress, who had chosen to keep a low profile amid the controversy, decided to break her silence in an interview with Puro Show (eltrece), where, cautiously and visibly moved, she expressed the emotional weight the legal process has caused her.

"I'm not going to talk about that. Alejandro Cipolla is handling everything, he's taking care of it all. The only thing I wish is for everything to be all right," Carballo said, avoiding going into details about the report, but hinting at the impact the situation has had on her personal life.

During the conversation, she also referred, without elaborating, to the event Potenza organized a few days ago, in which he invited the press to share his version of events. "No, I'm not going to talk about that. I understand everything very well," she simply stated.

With determination, Carballo made her position clear regarding the media exposure of the conflict. "As I always say, I don't want my daughter to google me in the future and see me speaking badly about her father or vice versa. Besides, I've never spoken about anything private, nothing personal. So it makes me very sad," she said.

The actress emphasized her intention to avoid scandals, both out of respect for her daughter and to preserve her privacy. "The only thing I asked is that I really didn't want to talk about this. It's a subject that causes me a lot of distress, so I'd rather not talk," she concluded.

However, after the interview, journalist Fernanda Iglesias revealed on LAM that she had a private conversation with Carballo, in which the actress shared more details about her experience.

"She didn't want to file a report, she wanted to solve everything by talking and peacefully," Iglesias explained. "She told me: 'I tried to do everything verbally, I spoke with his lawyer to get him to stop and he couldn't.' That's why I had no choice but to do it this way," she recounted.

The panelist also shared a forceful statement that Carballo confided to her: "I had to call 911 to get him out of my house. My lawyer told me six months ago to file a report and I didn't want to fight, but I need peace," she said.

Meanwhile, Potenza shared a message on his social media that was read on air by journalist Matías Vázquez. In it, he avoided referring directly to the conflict but left a reflection with strong symbolic meaning: "Thank you God for not letting me be resentful, thank you for giving me a pure soul. Thank you God for giving me the wisdom to understand different people's attitudes, thank you for giving me such great love."
