Santiago Maratea generated a stir on social media after posting a video in which he expressed his support for the government of Javier Milei and referred to the so-called "cultural battle" often mentioned by the government. His statements quickly went viral and sparked strong reactions from both supporters and detractors.

Over several minutes, the influencer shared a reflection on the current political landscape and defended some of the ideas promoted by libertarian figures. In that context, he invoked a phrase attributed to the streamer Daniel Parisini, better known as "El Gordo Dan," one of the figures closest to the digital universe surrounding the president.

The message from Santi Maratea

During the video, Maratea stated that those who support the government should change the way they respond to their critics.

"I have a proposal for the people who back this government," he began.

He then suggested that Argentina is going through a key moment in an ideological and cultural dispute. In this context, he recalled a statement he made years ago during a television interview, when he claimed that "the left is the new right."

As he explained, he believes that some political sectors that present themselves as representatives of popular causes are made up of people who, in his view, belong to privileged spaces.

One of the segments that generated the most impact was when he quoted a phrase popularized by El Gordo Dan.

"Don't argue with them, psychopate them," Maratea said, referring to those who hold opposing views to the government.

In another part of the video, Maratea asserted that if libertarian ideas continue to expand and the government manages to stay in power in the coming years, there will come a time when those confrontations will cease to occur.

"There will come a time when we won't have to psychopate them, but ignore them," he stated.

For the content creator, the growth of certain political ideas could end up pushing those who currently represent opposing positions out of the public debate.

His recording concluded with the classic: "Long live freedom, damn it!", which led all the leftists who still followed him to begin denouncing him in the comments of the post.
