Scandal over the influencer and the ticket scam for Argentina-Brazil

The influencer Francisca "Frany" Pérez faces multiple complaints after being accused of scamming more than 260 people in Bahía Blanca and surrounding areas. Although she apologized on social media, the affected parties are proceeding with legal actions against her.

Frany Pérez, who has more than 272,000 followers on Instagram, launched a venture called "Frany Tickets," through which she offered access to exclusive sporting events. Among them, she highlighted the sale of tickets for the match between Argentina and Brazil, scheduled for this Tuesday, March 25, at the Estadio Monumental.

The promotion of "Frany Tickets" and the ticket sales

The ticket sales began on January 1 with prices ranging from $120,000 for general admission and between $300,000 and $500,000 for seats. Buyers had to reserve their spot with a 50% deposit, making payments through her website and a secondary Instagram account. In total, according to reports, approximately 880 tickets were sold to 265 people.

The complaint and the influencer's response

As the date of the match approached, buyers began to express their concern, reporting that they did not receive the promised tickets. Amid the scandal, Pérez released a statement in which she claimed to have been the victim of a larger scam.

According to her version, she trusted a third party who guaranteed the delivery of the tickets. However, she was only able to distribute 10% of the promised tickets and claimed that the money collected remained in the hands of this alleged scammer. She also reported that she had filed a complaint about the situation and would provide more details about the case in the coming days.

Legal actions underway

Despite her statements and apologies, the affected parties began to organize to file formal complaints against her. With the support of their lawyers, they seek to recover the money invested and establish legal responsibilities for what happened.

Meanwhile, Pérez claimed to have received threats against her and her family, adding tension to the conflict. In the coming days, the investigation is expected to provide more details about the situation and the influencer's legal future.
