Scandal at TN: Paula Bernini is accused of workplace harassment

The journalist Paula Bernini was publicly accused of mistreating and disrespecting coworkers within the Todo Noticias (TN) channel.

The complaint came to light during the program Mediodía Bien Arriba (TV Pública). The panelist Melina Vinci shared messages from channel workers who claim to have witnessed the conflict.

What do those who work with Paula Bernini say?

"There are coworkers who are not having a good time at their workplace. They talk to me about mistreatment, uncomfortable situations, and disrespect. It's something that happens every day," recounted Vinci, who claimed to have received internal messages from TN's newsroom.

The journalist also shared the testimony of a person from the channel: "Since I started working with her, I was warned about how she operates. If things don't go her way, watch out. Nobody wants to work with her," explained the source.

The messages reveal a double face of the host. "The interviews where she appears kind and sentimental do not match how she behaves behind closed doors," they noted.

Additionally, details emerged about her relationship with the journalist Mario Massaccesi. Although they are friends, it has been reported that they have already had several controversies over her way of working.

Mistreatment and shouting behind the camera

Another interviewed person agreed with the accusations: "On the street, she's one way, but with her coworkers, she's another. She shouts and mistreats the producers."

According to this version, the bad work environment with Bernini would be commonplace. Meanwhile, although the discomfort is evident, few dare to complain within the channel.
