Sergio Lapegüe confronted La Cámpora after the destruction at Artear: 'Violent and useless'
Lapegüe condemned the destruction at TN following Cristina's conviction and harshly criticized Kirchnerist activists
Sergio Lapegüe appeared outraged after the attacks on the Artear building, where TN and El Trece operate, following the announcement of Cristina Kirchner's conviction.
The journalist targeted Kirchnerist activists who vandalized the facilities and posted harsh criticism on social media. For Lapegüe, the objective was clear: to intimidate the press.

"Violent, useless, and anti-democratic"
From his Instagram account, the host spoke out without restraint: "They're useless, mediocre, violent, and anti-democratic. They entered @todonoticias and destroyed everything".
Lapegüe expressed his support for the channels' staff and asked: "What are they after? Impunity? Corrupt. My solidarity with all my friends who don't deserve this".
"A lot of anger and sadness. Justice and freedom. No matter how hard they try, they won't be able to silence our voices", he concluded firmly.

What happened at Artear after Cristina's conviction
On Tuesday, June 10, at night, while Jonatan Viale was hosting his show ¿La ves?, the broadcast was interrupted by shocking images. Activists were attacking the Artear building.
It was a group linked to La Cámpora that threw stones, broke windows, and forced their way into the channel.

Vandalism against work and press freedom
The strikers destroyed display cases with Martín Fierro awards, professional cameras, televisions, employees' cars, and bicycles.
They also painted the walls with intimidating messages directed at Grupo Clarín. The attack was planned and carried out with a clear political motive.
