Violent attack on TN's facilities after the conviction of Cristina Kirchner
After the ruling against former president Cristina Kirchner, Kirchnerist terrorists destroyed TN's facilities
Impunity is beginning to crack and Kirchnerist violence responds with fury: hooded individuals, identified as activists of La Cámpora, attacked the facilities of the TN channel after the confirmation of the conviction againstCristina Fernández de Kirchnerfor corruption. In the heart of the capital and in broad daylight, the intolerance of the Kirchnerist apparatus in the face of the independent actions of the Judiciary was exposed.
Hours after the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation upheld the six-year prison sentence against Cristina Fernández de Kirchner for fraud against the public administration in the Vialidad case, a group of hooded individuals—identified by witnesses and journalists as members of La Cámpora—violently entered the studios of the TN news channel, in the Constitución neighborhood of Buenos Aires.

The incident, which was recorded by internal and external security cameras, occurred on Tuesday, June 10. The strikers broke doors, windows, televisions, trophies (including Martín Fierro awards) and even bicycles belonging to channel employees.
During the live broadcast, journalist Jonatan Viale—who was on air—reported the events bluntly: "They made a mess, they threw everything, they got inside the channel, through the entrance we use. They were 50 meters (164 feet) inside. They broke the workers' bicycles, the Martín Fierro awards, the trophies. What was the need? What does a producer or a cameraman have to do with this?" he asked, visibly affected.
The channel published images of the destroyed furniture, while expressions of condemnation multiplied from various political and journalistic sectors. The presidential spokesperson and future Buenos Aires legislator, Manuel Adorni, expressed his solidarity with the victims of the violent attack on his X account.

ADEPA (Association of Argentine Journalistic Entities) also issued a statement: "We emphatically repudiate the actions of the demonstrators who entered the TN channel facilities to cause destruction. An urgent investigation and sanction of those responsible are required. We also demand reinforcement of the protection and security of media outlets and journalists."
Meanwhile, just a few blocks from the channel, former president Cristina Kirchner remained at her Constitución residence, where she had moved after receiving at the PJ headquarters the ruling signed by judges Ricardo Lorenzetti, Horacio Rosatti, and Carlos Rosenkrantz, who rejected the appeals filed by her defense.
Sources close to her confirmed a private meeting with her most trusted leaders inside the residence, in what some are already calling a "summit of resistance." There are even reports pointing to a possible house arrest for the former president at that location.
From Kirchnerism, reactions were swift. Buenos Aires governor Axel Kicillof, aligned with the narrative of "persecution," denounced a "consecrated infamy": "This sentence represents a foregone conclusion after years of perverse political, media, and judicial persecution. They attacked the one who dared to transform Argentina in favor of the majority."
Kicillof also targeted presidents Mauricio Macri and Javier Milei, whom he accused of despising democracy.
Cristina Kirchner's lawyer, Gregorio Dalbón, meanwhile, repeated his usual defense, dissociating the former president from any type of crime: "There is no typical, unlawful, or culpable act attributed to Cristina Fernández de Kirchner", he stated, and considered the Court's ruling one of the most serious since 1983.
Tucumán governor Osvaldo Jaldo also joined in support, while calling for unity of the national and popular movement.
However, while Kirchnerism attempts to victimize the former president, the image that remains etched in the public's mind is that of the unpunished and violent attack on a media outlet, carried out by activists who—instead of accepting the ruling of an independent branch such as the Judiciary—decided to act as a shock force to defend someone convicted of corruption.
