Shocking elimination in Big Brother: the audience expelled Chiara in an epic duel

In one of the most anticipated galas of the season, the audience decided to eliminate Chiara Mancuso  fromGran Hermano (Telefe). The confrontation with Luz became a true event, comparable to a final, after days of speculation, tension and theories on social media.

The duel between Chiara and Luz was full of expectations. Social media, especially X (formerly Twitter),  turned into a battlefield where thousands of fans defended their favorites, amid a climate of distrust about the transparency of the game.

Suspicions grew before the elimination

During the week leading up to the gala, the rumor strongly circulated that Chiara had privileges within the reality show. Her attitude in the confessional and certain insinuations made many followers suspect a possible  "favoritism."

Additionally,  the changes in the structure of the gala —which was split between Sunday and Monday— increased the discontent on social media. The general perception was that something was being manipulated, and  Luz's fans began to fear an unfair elimination.

Luz, backed by the popular "Tridente" led by Tato Algorta, reached the showdown with a solid track record. She had already managed to eliminate five housemates: Brian, Jenifer, Nano, Bati, and Cata. This sixth nomination once again tested her survival skills within the game.

The public's vote decided everything

At 11:24 PM on Monday,Santiago del Moro announced the closing of the voting. The trend #Chiaraal9009 had dominated X throughout the week, further fueling the speculations.

Minutes before the announcement,  a tweet from Yanina Latorre stirred the waters even more by claiming that her source had confirmed Luz's exit. However, the reality was different:the official envelope confirmed that Chiara had been chosen by the public to leave the house.

The reaction was immediate. Chiara left the game and Luz became the only participant to eliminate six housemates. The fact did not go unnoticed among the reality show's followers.

Ulises, affected by the exit

One of the most affected by the elimination was  Ulises Apóstolo.  The Cordoban had formed one of the strongest alliances in the program with Chiara, for five months.

Before leaving,  Chiara asked them to take care of her friend.  Her departure left a void in the house, which drastically changed its atmosphere with her exit. Several points of conflict were deactivated with her elimination,  although it remains to be seen how the players' strategy will be reconfigured.

The tension of the week, the suspicions about fair play, and the surprising decision of the public made this gala a key moment for the current edition of Gran Hermano.
