Strong accusation against Marixa Balli: what a former employee revealed on television

Marixa Balli was publicly accused by a former employee who recounted how her termination took place. The woman claimed to have worked for five years alongside the businesswoman.

Celeste Rodríguez shared her experience on Sálvese quien pueda, on América TV, and detailed the negotiations following her dismissal. She also stated that her mother worked for Balli for twelve years.

What the former employee of Marixa Balli reported

The accusation reached the production team of Sálvese quien pueda and to Yanina Latorre's account. The host mentioned that she received Rodríguez's account through social media.

According to Latorre, the woman claimed she had worked for five years for Balli. She also stated that she was fired over a phone call.

“She fired me over a phone call, she always had me working off the books,” Rodríguez stated in the message read by the host.

The former employee claimed that she inquired about her entitlement to severance pay and received a negative response. She then sought a lawyer and participated in a hearing to try to reach an agreement.

According to her account, the negotiation did not succeed because Balli allegedly offered her three million pesos for five years of work.

The employment situation of Celeste Rodríguez's mother

Rodríguez also spoke about her mother's situation, who, as she reported, worked for twelve years alongside Balli.

The young woman claimed that her mother was also recently terminated. Furthermore, she stated that her mother was only formally registered after a change of location.

“Now she fired my mom, which is much worse, she also worked with her,” Rodríguez stated in the account shared by Sálvese quien pueda.

Celeste Rodríguez recounted her work experience

On Sálvese quien pueda, Rodríguez mentioned that she started working alongside her mother at the La Salada store. She then moved to another establishment and recounted that she worked from Monday to Monday.

“I worked from Monday to Monday without a day off, 10 and 11 hours on weekends,” the young woman recalled about that work period.

Later, according to her account, she began working at the Flores store. The conflict began when Balli decided to close that establishment.
