Tamara Báez and L-Gante at odds: Jamaica's parents are disputing a top-level car
The singer's ex-partner's lawyer revealed the internal dispute they are experiencing over a high-end vehicle
Tamara Báezis once again at the center of the media spotlight, and not for happy reasons. While she continues to wait for L-Gante to fulfill the child support payments for their daughter Jamaica, the influencer is now facing a new legal conflict related to a controversial gift from her ex: a top-level car with more problems than benefits.
For months, Tamara and the singer have been involved in a legal dispute over the failure to pay child support for the young daughter they share. The court reportedly set a monthly amount of 5,000 dollars, but according to reports, L-Gante hasn't been complying with the agreement each month. In response to this situation, some of his assets have reportedly already been ordered to be seized.

In this tense context, Báez's lawyer, Juan Pablo Merlo, gave statements on the program Mitre Live, hosted by Juan Etchegoyen, and revealed concerning details about his client's current legal situation. "She still hasn't received the child support payments. She writes to Elián and he doesn't respond. All of this is causing her a lot of distress," the attorney stated.
However, the drama doesn't end there. Merlo also spoke about the famous Mercedes Benz that L-Gante gave Tamara at the time, a vehicle that is now far from being a benefit. "He didn't give her the green card, or the title, nor did he sign form 08. The car is parked at the house and she can't use it. It's a problem, not a gift," the young woman's lawyer explained.

To make matters worse, the car reportedly has bullet impacts, which worsens the situation. "The other day I saw it and it really caught my attention. These are serious matters. As it is, it can't be driven because it doesn't have any paperwork. If the police stop her, they'll impound it. Everything L-Gante is doing is very irresponsible," Merlo added firmly.
The lawyer also shared the advice he gave Tamara: to return the vehicle. "I told her that the best thing is to give it back. She can't use it or sell it. In these conditions, the car only represents a risk," he concluded.
