A teenager was a victim of abuse and contracted HIV in the town of Dolores.
Kicillof's province, where government inaction paves the way for these individuals to act with complete impunity
The province of Buenos Aires, under the inept administration of Axel Kicillof, is stained with horror and shame in the face of an abhorrent case that exposes the deep moral decay and alarming lack of control in a territory that should protect its citizens. A 14-year-old teenager has been brutally sexually abused by three men, who not only violated his innocence but also infected him with HIV and syphilis, revealing a web of depravity that began through a dating app.
The ordeal for the minor began on January 27, when, in his innocence, he downloaded Grindr, an LGBTQ+ dating app, seeking to explore his sexuality. There, the victim's fate intersected with a 37-year-old teacher from the same town, who, without scruples, invited him to his home for sexual purposes.

This teacher, according to prosecutor Mónica Ferre's hypothesis, not only raped the teenager knowing he was HIV positive and of the abysmal age difference, but, in an even greater act of depravity, facilitated the minor's contact with another man who lived on the same property: a 24-year-old fashion designer.
This second abuser also had a sexual encounter with the minor that same night. The young man's nightmare did not end there; the next day, a 52-year-old inspector contacted the teenager through the same app, perpetrating the third abuse.
The consequences of this atrocity manifested quickly. A few days later, the teenager began to develop severe symptoms: 104-degree fever, joint pain, abdominal pain, and vomiting. The severity of his condition led to his emergency hospitalization on February 18 at a hospital in La Plata, where the diagnosis was devastating: HIV and syphilis, directly related to the abuses suffered.

Upon learning of the abhorrent situation, the minor's parents filed a report for child sexual abuse. Prosecutor Mónica Ferre has been unequivocal: the three alleged abusers systematically subjected the victim to satisfy their sexual appetites, in an act of depravity that even included coercion for the minor to remain silent, under the threat that the perpetrators would lose their jobs.
In a statement underscoring the brutality of the attack, Ferre keeps that "this has sufficient capacity to leave deep deforming consequences on the child's psyche, and to twist with such illicit conduct the natural biological and healthy development of his sexuality, causing as a result a facilitation and notably premature irruption in aspects of sexuality, without having sufficient maturity for it."
The prosecutor has requested pretrial detention for the three defendants from Judge of Guarantees Mariano Caseux. Those involved face serious charges of "aggravated sexual abuse with carnal access, aggravated corruption of minors, facilitation of access to pornographic shows or supply of pornographic material." To make matters worse, the 37-year-old teacher already had a criminal case for luring minors with sexual fines over the Internet (grooming), a background that further aggravates the inaction of the authorities in a province that, under Governor Kicillof's passive gaze, seems to be yielding to the darkness of depravity.
