The situation took place a few hours after a similar episode occurred at San Lorenzo, although, according to the information known about Racing, there were no threats or confrontations during the meeting.

Racing seeks to react in the Clausura Tournament

The episode occurred in a complex sports context for Racing. The team had already been eliminated from the CONMEBOL Sudamericana during Gustavo Costas' tenure and is now trying to regain ground under Vojvoda's leadership.

The Academy arrives at the match against Banfield after suffering two consecutive defeats, results that have considerably reduced their margin for error for the remainder of the season.
