Kirchnerism attempted to sow chaos and incite aggression against women and senior citizens during the campaign launch
President Javier Milei led a massive rally this Friday in Córdoba, marking a new milestone in La Libertad Avanza's national campaign ahead of the October 26 elections. The event, held at Parque Sarmiento filled with supporters, served not only to reaffirm the direction of the libertarian administration but also to once again expose the violence and desperation of the Kirchnerist opposition.
The festive atmosphere was marred by a brutal attack by hooded members of Polo Obrero who charged at libertarian supporters, assaulting even women with sticks. One of them, an elderly woman, ended up bloodied on the ground as a result of the cowardly attack. The provocation, however, was met with a firm response from the Fuerzas del Cielo, who repelled the attempt to sow terror.

In this context, Milei did not spare criticism of the political establishment and opposition media. From the stage, accompanied by his sister Karina Milei, presidential spokesperson Manuel Adorni, Speaker of the House Martín Menem, Security Minister Patricia Bullrich, and Córdoba congressman Gabriel Bornoroni, he delivered a direct message:
"When in 2023 we sang the establishment is afraid, they said 'what are they afraid of?' That we'll beat them. Now they're afraid too. The party of the State hasn't stopped blocking us since February with the obstruction machine, because they're scared," he stated.
The main focus of the event was the presentation of Gonzalo Roca's candidacy for national deputy, under the slogan "La Libertad Avanza or Argentina falls behind". True to his style, Milei entered amid libertarian chants of "the establishment is afraid" and slogans against Kirchnerism.
The President also targeted media operations that seek to undermine his administration: "From Congress they don't stop torpedoing this Government's achievements. As if that weren't enough, they resort to smear campaigns, slander, and defamation. But I'm sure that Argentines are intelligent and won't be swayed by a 'cheap gossipmonger'."

In a more emotional moment, he called on supporters not to give up: "We are the force of hope. We're going to make Argentina great again. Don't give up!"
One of the harshest moments was directed at former president Cristina Fernández de Kirchner, whom he called a "triple-convicted woman with an ankle monitor." With irony, he added: "Maybe when they make the gesture of three, it's for the three cases she still faces: Los Sauces-Hotesur, the Memorandum with Iran, and the corruption notebooks. The biggest theft in the history of humanity."
Supporters joined in with chants such as "Take the penguin out of the coffin, so he can see... that the kids have changed their minds and carry the flag brought by the Lion" and "Javier, dear, the people are with you."
Meanwhile, social media reflected the magnitude of popular support: the slogan promoted by libertarian influencer Daniel "El Gordo Dan" Parisini, #QueElEsfuerzoValgaLaPena, became the number one trend in Argentina after the event, strengthening the bond between the people and the Government.
