Records in South Korea indicate that Pragmata and Romeo Is a Dead Man could be presented at The Game Awards
Two Japanese video games could present major updates at The Game Awards, according to recent records from South Korea's age rating agency. The leak coincides with the announcement of the date when the nominees for the 2025 edition of the event will be revealed.
The titles mentioned are Pragmata, from Capcom, and Romeo is a Dead Man, from Grasshopper Interactive. Both are scheduled for 2026 and still do not have a confirmed release date, which opens the door to a possible announcement at the show.

Pragmata: Capcom's return to science fiction
Pragmata was registered in South Korea hours after the nomination date announcement. The game had already appeared at the Summer Game Fest 2025, where it was playable for the first time.
It is a science fiction adventure with third-person shooter elements and puzzles that are solved while aiming or shooting. The title will arrive on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series at some point in 2026.
Romeo is a Dead Man: Suda51's new project
The second registered game is Romeo is a Dead Man, developed by Grasshopper Interactive and directed by Goichi Suda (No More Heroes, Killer 7). The project first appeared at a State of Play and later at the Tokyo Game Show, where it debuted a new trailer.
Pragmata
Like Pragmata, its release is also scheduled for 2026 on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series, with no defined date so far.
When could they be announced?
The activity in South Korean records reinforces the theory that both games could appear at The Game Awards. If the event's usual schedule is maintained, major reveals would take place at the December 12 gala.

Capcom usually takes advantage of shows produced by Geoff Keighley to showcase new content (as happened with Resident Evil, Onimusha, and Monster Hunter titles). NetEase Games, financier of Suda51's project, has also supported several editions of the event with announcements and advertising.
