A violent storm with wind gusts up to 115 km/h (71 mph) and hail hit the south of Córdoba and Santa Fe. There were roof blow-offs, uprooted trees, and power outages affecting thousands of residents.
Casilda, Roldán, and Ucacha were the most affected towns. The phenomenon was unprecedented and forced the suspension of school activities and the opening of evacuation centers.
