The National Government continues to prioritize Córdoba with transfers that exceed inflation.
Despite the attacks from the provincial government, automatic transfers have increased again and are supporting Córdoba's finances
During July, Córdoba received more funds from the Nation, amid an economic context that shows clear signs of recovery. Automatic transfers grew above the price index, which is relevant for the provincial coffers. The result represents an improvement that stands out in the current context.
Specifically, the total transferred to the province was $419.335 trillion, 48.4% more than in the same month last year. Adjusted for inflation, the real growth was 5.3%, according to current estimates. That improvement helps sustain Córdoba's finances without the need for extraordinary funds.
Although the final figure depends on the official CPI data, inflation was estimated at 1.9% monthly and 40.9% year-on-year. The calculations make it possible to state that the transfer exceeded inflation and marks a positive point in the fiscal relationship. The improvement is consistent with the records from June and part of July.

Transfers sustain finances and show a trend of sustained improvement
National automatic transfers represent more than half of the revenue received by Córdoba. A large part corresponds to the sharing of VAT and Income Tax. All this takes place in a context where there is a bill to share more resources and that seeks to break the fiscal balance.
So far in 2025, only in May was there a real year-on-year decline, due to an exceptionally high statistical comparison. In the other months, national transfers grew in real terms. As of July, the accumulated amount shows a nominal increase of 54.2%, with a practically neutral real variation.
Despite the ongoing criticism from Córdoba's ruling party toward President Milei, the transfers were neither halted nor cut. Córdoba continues to be considered by the national government, which demonstrates its commitment through actions. Meanwhile, as political attacks multiply, the resources that sustain the province keep arriving.
