The criminals were arrested after a robbery in a house and the subsequent escape
Four criminals were arrested after a robbery at a house located on 135th Street, between 38 and 39, in La Plata, following a long chase that ended a short distance from the Estadio Único Diego Armando Maradona.
The arrests took place on Saturday afternoon, and the suspects were seized with various stolen items, as well as tools used to carry out the crime.
It all began when an off-duty police officer noticed that the entrance to a house had been forced. He immediately contacted 911 to report the incident, while the criminals fled in a red Fiat Siena.

"Upon noticing the maneuver at the residence, the chase begins, and a lockdown operation is carried out," police indicated. The off-duty officer began to follow the vehicle along with the Tactical Operations Group of the Fourth Police Station and motorized officers.
In the images, it can be seen how from the Monitoring Operations Center (COM) of La Plata, it was alerted that the car was traveling along Boulevard 82 and 33. In the next shot, after receiving the alert and noticing the presence of a patrol car, the Fiat immediately accelerated.
After an intense chase and without slowing down, the vehicle in question was blocked by three trucks, a car, and three motorcycles at the intersection of 24th and 32nd streets.
In a last attempt to escape, the driver of the Fiat quickly got out, was cornered by one of the trucks, circled another, and tried to flee, but was captured a few meters away.
Meanwhile, the rest of those involved were subdued by the security forces. Finally, the police inspected the car in the presence of witnesses.

According to police sources, the detainees were part of "The Peruvian Gang" and were identified as Marco Antonio Palomino, Antonio Rojas Rosales, Fabiana Cabral, and Siomara Segovia.
The first three have addresses in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, while Segovia resides in Monte Grande, Esteban Echeverría district. All were taken to the Fourth Police Station.
Among the seized items were a metal crowbar, a screwdriver, the red Fiat Siena they attempted to flee in (with no legal restrictions), several pieces of clothing, and a 32-inch television.
Additionally, the police went to the affected house and confirmed that the criminals had forced the door to enter in the absence of the owner, identified as María Emilia Echeverría.
The case was labeled as "Attempted aggravated robbery by breaking and entering" and was assigned to UFI No. 8 of the Judicial Department of La Plata.
