A report prepared by Kalina Ann details three recent cases that expose how the progressive agenda advances over the youngest through gender policies, euthanasia in babies and children, and the legalization of abortion up to the last day of pregnancy.
This is carried out with legislations and proposals that, presented with compassionate speeches, seek to justify irreversible interventions on the lives of children.
Case 1: Gender Affirmation for Minors in the US
In the United States, the report focuses on gender affirmation treatments applied to minors. These include puberty blockers, hormonal therapies, and, in some cases, surgeries such as breast removal.
According to data collected by the medical group Do Not Harm between 2019 and 2023, nearly 120 million dollars were billed to insurers for these procedures on underage patients.
Data from the medical group Do Not Harm.
The figures identify approximately 14,700 minors operated on and more than 8,500 subjected to hormones or blockers.
In August 2026, the US Department of Health revisited these numbers in the report titled “Wolves in White Coats.”
The 64-page document adds that part of that billing was not formally recorded as gender dysphoria, but under vaguer codes such as unspecified endocrine disorder. Kalina Ann highlights that the report describes irreparable harm inflicted on young Americans over the past decade.
Case 2: Medical Assistance to Die in Canada
The second case examined occurs in Canada, where the MAID program (Medical Assistance in Dying) exists. Since 2016, an adult can request that a doctor administer drugs to end their life if they meet certain requirements.
The current federal law requires, among other conditions, to be eighteen years old and have the capacity to consent, which excludes babies from the discussion.
Noelia Castillo
However, the Quebec College of Physicians has been proposing for years to open that possibility in extreme cases. At the end of August 2026, the entity reiterated to the press the consideration of euthanasia as an appropriate treatment for babies with extreme pain associated with malformations or syndromes that destroy any prospect of survival.
The report warns that the evaluation of these clinical cases may be dishonest, as happened with the case of the Spanish Noelia Castillo.
According to the medical body, the young woman suffered extreme pain and could not walk; however, videos emerged showing her walking and even going up and down stairs.
When health systems are taken over by leftist activists, it becomes difficult for cases to be evaluated honestly, which opens the door to a death industry.
Case 3: Abortion Without Limits
The third case, the most recent, occurred in Massachusetts, United States. Until a few weeks ago, the state allowed abortion up to 24 weeks.
Democratic Governor Maura Healey
After that date, only four legal exceptions were considered: danger to the woman's life, risk to her physical or mental health, lethal fetal anomaly, or diagnosis so severe that the fetus could not live outside the womb without extraordinary interventions.
On August 10, 2026, Democratic Governor Maura Healey signed the Prioritizing Patient Access to Care Act, which will take effect on November 8, 2026. The central change eliminates the four exceptions listed and allows that, after 24 weeks, an abortion can be performed based solely on the professional judgment of the doctor.
This implies that the physician's discretion is sufficient, even in situations where a mentally ill patient requests to end the life of a baby about to be born with the mother's consent.
The cases mentioned in the report clearly illustrate how progressive policies advance over the youngest. First, altering a child's body is normalized, then it is discussed whether some babies should not continue living, and finally, the last written limit on late-term abortion is erased.
