'They left me with nothing': her late mother's car was stolen from her in downtown Córdoba
The worker had recently inherited it and was using it to get around with his children. A reward is being offered
Facundo, a worker and father, was the victim of a robbery at the corner of Colón and San Martín, in downtown Córdoba. The incident occurred around 6:20 in the morning, while he was unloading merchandise at his job. In just ten minutes, a criminal forced the lock, got into the car, and drove off without leaving any visible trace.
The stolen vehicle is a Renault 9, which had belonged to his mother, who had passed away a few weeks earlier. "My mom left it to me. I had just gotten my license so I could get around with my children," the victim said. The car had a double value for him: it was functional for his daily life and sentimental because of the bond with his mother.
Security cameras recorded the entire robbery, which was carried out quickly and without direct violence. In the video, it can be seen how the thief acts with total impunity, just a few feet from a highly trafficked area. Facundo is asking for help from the public to try to recover what he describes as "the last thing he had left."

Anger, anguish, and a desperate plea
The young man shared his situation on a local news program, where he expressed his pain: "They destroyed me, they left me with nothing." He said that the car was essential for getting to work and for seeing his children, who live in another part of the city. "The car helped me a lot. I can't get around anymore. The anger, the helplessness, I don't know what to do," he added, his voice breaking.
According to the information he received from the Police, the Renault was seen turning onto Alvear Street with its lights off. After that, they couldn't give him any more information due to the secrecy of the ongoing investigation. "There are cameras everywhere in the city center. How is it possible they still haven't found it?" he publicly questioned.
Facundo isn't seeking revenge, only to recover the vehicle that means much more than a material possession. That's why he's offering a reward and left his phone number to receive any information: 351 - 7592765. "Any information helps. I'm asking people to help me. It's very important for me and my family," he concluded.
