The complaint differentiates between the various categories of members and pays special attention to active and adherent members. According to the report, the former have the right to enter the stadium, while the latter depend on availability of spots.
It is estimated that Boca has around 200,000 active members and 100,000 adherent members, a figure that could even prevent all active members from being guaranteed entry to matches.
Additionally, the existence of a presence system was noted, whereby active members must have attended 70% of the last matches to maintain certain access possibilities.
The alleged irregularities with the transition from adherent to active member
Another questioned aspect is the mechanism by which an adherent member can become active. According to the complaint, some members of the institution have been waiting for years for that change, while others with later membership numbers are already listed as active members.
As part of the publicly presented elements, an audio featuring Cristian Riquelme, brother of Juan Román Riquelme and related to Boca's management, appears.
In the recording, a club employee identified as Antonella Pepe communicates with Cristian Riquelme regarding a person who allegedly went to pick up tickets and who, according to the worker, was not listed in the corresponding list.

A video was also shown featuring a machine for counting bills alongside Boca member cards. This material is part of the elements used to support the complaint about an alleged parallel revenue related to the tickets.
Additionally, there are cards that were confiscated during the match between Boca and Vélez, and there were questions regarding both the access system to the stadium and the assignment of the different categories of members.
