This Wednesday, the Ministry of Health of the Province of Buenos Aires released a new medical report in which it announced that an interdisciplinary clinical meeting will be held.

Doctors from various specialties within the provincial public network will meet to share information, review the treatments already applied, and determine the next steps in light of the severity of the case.
According to the latest report, Thiago remains on mechanical respiratory support, with continuous monitoring and a guarded prognosis. Although he doesn't require medication to maintain blood pressure, he is experiencing a pulmonary injury, a lesion in the lungs.
Additionally, in recent days he suffered atelectasis, a partial collapse of the lung that forced doctors to resort to intensive physical therapy.

The treatment included placing the patient in the prone position, which means the patient is placed face down. This maneuver is used in extremely delicate cases to improve lung oxygenation.
This type of intervention is usually applied when oxygen saturation levels do not respond to conventional respiratory support.
Meanwhile, in the first hours after his admission, he underwent surgery lasting more than 4 hours to repair the rib cage, his spleen was removed, and fractures were treated.
Since then, the monitoring by intensive care teams has been constant, with critical interventions to stabilize his condition.

"Thank you for every prayer. You can't imagine how much we need it," she wrote in one of her latest posts. Prayer chains multiplied throughout the country, and Thiago's name once again became the center of public conversation, not as a media figure but as a symbol of struggle.
