This is how García Moritán reacted upon learning about Pampita and Martín Pepa's breakup.

The businessman was live when he was informed about the rumors of his ex's separation and made his position clear

Roberto García Moritán sat in front of the cameras once again to talk about his professional present, but ended up making headlines due to an unexpected revelation. During an interview on Lape Club Social Informativo (América), he was caught off guard live with a question that shifted him away from politics and took him directly to his sentimental past.

Journalist Paula Varela interrupted him with information he was unaware of until that moment: rumors of a breakup between Pampita and Martín Pepa. "I didn't know they had just broken up. I'm surprised, but only because I didn't know; we don't talk about those things," he replied, visibly unsettled.

A gesture that drew attention

García Moritán's reaction did not go unnoticed. The panelist joked about a smile that, according to her, escaped the businessman when he heard the news. He, however, denied any double meaning and asked not to jump to conclusions.

"We were talking about politics and then moved on to this. In the spaces where I can, I try to set boundaries. I'm a bit tired of talking about myself, my issues, and so on, but I understand why the question comes up," he stated diplomatically.

He also briefly addressed his relationship with Pampita, with whom he shares the upbringing of their daughter Anita. "My relationship with Pampita is very good; she's a very good mother," he said, trying to distance himself from the media scandal.

A present far from scandal

In addition to his reaction to his ex's breakup, García Moritán took advantage of the interview to talk about his new partner, Priscila Crivocapich.  About her, he said: "Priscila and I are doing well; it's a mature relationship. We choose each other every day for what we like about our personalities."

Although his intention was to focus on political and personal topics related to his vocation, the former legislator could not prevent the past from resurfacing. Pampita's breakup with Pepa, with whom she started a relationship after separating from Moritán, was the news that marked the end of the meeting.

With surprise, a fleeting smile, and the attempt to set boundaries, García Moritán returned to the spotlight unintentionally.
