This Was Shakira's Much-anticipated Arrival in Argentina

Shakira landed in Argentina early Tuesday morning and was warmly welcomed by hundreds of fans who waited for her at Ezeiza International Airport.

Despite the rain and low temperatures, her followers gathered in the VIP area to see her up close and show their admiration. The Colombian singer, with a big smile, approached to greet them, sign autographs, and thank them for the unconditional support she receives in the country.

Her arrival was moved up due to the cancellation of her performances in Chile because of technical problems, which allowed her to arrive earlier than expected and enjoy more time in Buenos Aires.

The artist, who has a special connection with Argentina after having lived here during her relationship with  Antonio de la Rúa, once again demonstrated her closeness to the local audience.

Shakira's shows at the Campo Argentino de Polo are scheduled for March 7 and 8 as part of her tour "Las mujeres ya no lloran", and they promise to be two unforgettable nights.

The repertoire will include her latest releases, as well as the classics that marked her career and made her one of the most iconic Latin artists in the world.

Something that caught attention is that unlike in other countries, the Latin star was not joined by her children, Sasha and Milan. It is believed that the children may have returned to the United States to reunite with their father.

After her performances in Buenos Aires,  the tour will continue in Mexico, the Dominican Republic, and the United States, the country where the singer decided to settle after her high-profile separation from Gerard Piqué.

One of the most emotional videos of her arrival in Buenos Aires is one where she can be seen running toward the barriers to embrace a large number of people who were desperately shouting her name.

Grateful for the welcome and despite her security guards urging her to continue her journey, the singer decided to take the time to interact with those present at the location.
