With this resolution, the process is now in the hands of Argentine President Javier Milei, who must decide whether to grant or deny extradition within a time limit established by law.
The investigation in Ecuador links him to an alleged structure that would have influenced institutions such as CNEL EP, BanEcuador
and the National Customs Service.The Encuentro case investigates possible irregularities in the management of public companies and state contracts during his tenure as former president of the EMCO.
