This Tuesday, July 8 began with a heavy presence of fog and mist banks at several entrances to the AMBA. According to meteorologist Matías Bertolotti, the phenomenon will continue for much of the day.
The thermal contrast between the Río de la Plata coast and more distant areas creates ideal conditions for the formation of this fog. There is reduced visibility to just 50 meters (164 feet) in some areas.
