Universal Pictures reveals the new trailer for 'Jurassic World: Rebirth'
Scarlett Johansson leads an expedition among dinosaurs and biotechnological secrets in the new Jurassic World
Universal Pictures reignited Jurassic hype with the second official trailer of Jurassic World: Rebirth. The seventh installment of the saga promises adrenaline, science fiction, and a darker tone.
With Scarlett Johansson leading the cast, the story presents a biotechnological dilemma in the midst of the dinosaur era. The movie will hit theaters on July 2, 2025.

What is Jurassic World: Rebirth about?
The new film is set five years after Jurassic World: Dominion. Earth is no longer habitable for most dinosaurs, which survive in tropical ecosystems near the equator.
But something changes when it is discovered that three prehistoric colossi have a unique genetic mutation. Their DNA contains miraculous properties that could save millions of human lives.
A dangerous expedition with global consequences
Scarlett Johansson plays Zora Bennett, a specialist in covert operations. She is hired by a pharmaceutical company to extract the genetic material of these unique dinosaurs.

She is accompanied by Mahershala Ali as Duncan Kincaid, and Jonathan Bailey as the paleontologist Dr. Henry Loomis. The team mixes science, military strategy, and corporate ambition.
A star-studded cast
The cast also includes Rupert Friend, Philippine Velge, Bechir Sylvain, and Ed Skrein. Each character represents a different interest within the mission.

The story becomes complicated when the group encounters a civilian family whose boat was attacked by aquatic dinosaurs. They are stranded on a remote island where anything can happen.
More suspense, fewer effects: a return to the roots
The new trailer reveals intense sequences of underwater action, confrontations, and moments of terror. Unlike previous installments, Rebirth opts for a more contained narrative.
When does Jurassic World: Rebirth premiere?
The movie hits theaters on July 2, 2025. It is shaping up to be one of the big blockbusters of winter in Argentina and summer in the northern hemisphere.

With a stellar cast and a renewed focus, Jurassic World: Rebirth could revive the saga with a proposal that is both more reflective and wild at the same time.
