The unusual background of one of the hooligans who caused disturbances in Congress
This is about Pablo Francisco Irigoyen, identified and reported for last Wednesday's disturbances
In the attempted coup on Wednesday, March 12, which began as a supposed "march for retirees," ended in violent clashes between leftist terrorists and security forces, resulting in 29 identified hooligans reported by the Ministry of Security.
However, one of them drew attention, as he turned out to be a familiar face. It is Pablo Francisco Irigoyen, 64 years old, who had already been arrested in December 2017 during the violent riots that ended in serious damage in front of Congress, in rejection of the pension reform promoted by the government of Mauricio Macri.
On that occasion, while a new pension mobility formula was being debated in Congress, the leftist terrorists attempted to forcibly break into the chamber to prevent the session.

The security forces, under the leadership of Patricia Bullrich, as they are today, intervened to contain the situation. The most iconic image of that day was the rain of stones thrown at the legislative building, estimated at around 14 tons.
Back in the present, besides Irigoyen, another 28 Kirchnerist hooligans were identified as responsible for the disturbances that occurred last week. The Minister of Security released a video with images of the violent events and requested the immediate arrest of those involved.
"We have evidence and we present it. We ask the prosecutor for the arrest of these 29 violent hooligans, who attacked Congress and our Forces with sticks, stones, and weapons," Bullrich stated.

The arrested terrorists
From Javier Milei's government, they confirmed the identity of the 29 hooligans reported for the disturbances in front of Congress.
Among them are Antonio Bernardo Colella, Fabio Darío Abandillo, José Antonio Pavón, César Rodrigo Sánchez, Francisco López Deluca, Juan Pablo Maximiliano Luján, Pablo Melo, Emanuel Andrés Díaz, Pablo Francisco Irigoyen, Pablo Alberto Campo, Roberto Nahuel Soler, Horacio Oscar Riquelme, José Roberto Busto, Ricardo Arturo Bouchet, José Humberto Graciano Menéndez, Lucas Miguel Alejandro Cardozo, Víctor Hugo Avellaneda, Gabriel Leonardo Cañete, Diego Javier Mendoza, Fernando Damián Páez, Rubén Eduardo Alegre, Claudio Gastón Sosa, Balbino Castro, Elías David García, Juan Marcelo Cabrera, Maximiliano Hernán Juliani, Nicolás Nieva, Gonzalo Damián Gramajo, and Sergio Gustavo Denus.

According to the Ministry of Security, the identification of these criminals was achieved through a meticulous image analysis carried out by the Criminal Identification Division of the Argentine Federal Police. For this, the facial recognition system "LUNA" was used, in combination with audiovisual material recorded by various agencies.
"The specialized software takes images of a person's face and performs searches comparing them with images in open-source databases, and it yields matches," explained the Security department.
"Then, a facial forensic analysis expert analyzes the face and determines if there are matching features or traits between both comparisons. With this, an investigation is conducted to obtain a greater amount of indisputable material of each identified person," they added.
