The storm did not let up next weekend and caused serious difficulties in different parts of the territory of Córdoba.
The violent storm affected different areas in the southern part of the province, especially the town of Etruria.
For this reason, the Córdoba Government activated the response protocol and began assessing the damage.

The Undersecretary of Municipalities, Natalio Graglia, met with Mayor Maximiliano Andrés and together they toured the most affected neighborhoods to coordinate the initial assistance efforts.

Wind gusts—which in some areas exceeded 170 km/h (106 mph)—caused roofs to be blown off, trees and utility poles to fall, partial interruptions of the electrical service, and street flooding.
No fatalities were reported, although there was significant material damage to private homes and public buildings.

Municipal crews and Civil Defense personnel have been working since the early hours to remove trees, shore up damaged structures, and clear roadways to ensure traffic flow and access for essential services.
The Ministry of Government reported that coordination is underway with the Secretariat for Risk and Disaster Management to reinforce assistance, while the Social Development Department will assess the need to activate the Permanent Disaster Relief Fund, a tool that provides financial assistance to municipalities and communities facing weather events of this magnitude.
Assessment efforts will continue throughout the day to determine the total impact of the event and advance the recovery of the town.
