Wanda Nara made headlines again, and this time not for her artistic career or her ventures, but for the purchase of a top-level property valued at 6.5 million dollars. The mansion, located in the exclusive Yacht Club de Nordelta, marks a new stage in the businesswoman's life.
The house was acquired while still under construction, which allowed Wanda to customize it to her liking. According to Yanina Latorre, the home was initially designed by someone else, but the businesswoman fell in love with the project and decided to keep it.
The signing of the deed took place at a real estate agency located right at the entrance of Nordelta. Although the house is not yet finished —three months of work remain— many details of the interior are already known.
A custom-made house: top-level, technology, and comfort
The property sits on four unified lots totaling 5,000 square meters of land. The project includes 10 bedrooms, each with its own walk-in closet, and a wing specially designed for the sons, with an exclusive living room.

Wanda's daughters also participated in the design: they are choosing the colors and styles of their rooms. The businesswoman even had separate rooms built for her teenage sons' girlfriends, ensuring privacy for everyone.
One of the most impressive aspects is Wanda's walk-in closet: it occupies half of the upper floor and is three times larger than the one she has in her Milan home.
On the upper part of the mansion, there will be a party room, prepared to host private events. This is complemented by a garage with capacity for eight cars and a private dock, as Wanda also plans to buy a boat.
The house will be completely smart, equipped with imported solar panels, digital locks, and fingerprint recognition. Everything is designed to ensure comfort and security at the highest level.
