Through a statement released on social media, Estudio Posse de Leonardis & Asociados announced their decision to step away from the cases they were handling on behalf of Wanda Nara. The reason cited was "differences in representation criteria" with Dr. Nicolás Payarola, who now remains in charge of them.

"We thank Mrs. Wanda Nara for the trust placed in the firm and wish her the best of luck."

The statement is signed by attorneys Gustavo Posse, Marcela Delia De Leonardis, María Eugenia Sosa, and María Macarena Posse.

Nicolás Payarola's stance
