Wanda Nara once again found herself at the center of the media spotlight, this time far from the Wandagate, from Mauro Icardi or her tensions with La Joaqui on MasterChef Celebrity.

In recent hours, a former secretary has filed a multimillion-dollar lawsuit against her, valued at around 28 million pesos (61,729 pounds), for alleged labor breaches.

The businesswoman was quick to react and left a statement that strongly resonated: "Ungrateful people".

According to A la Tarde (América), the plaintiff—identified as Luli Oliver—claims to have worked for Wanda since March 2023 as a personal secretary, both for the media personality and her children.

Her work included domestic, administrative, and family organization tasks at the Chateau Libertador properties and the Santa Bárbara gated community.

According to the documentation submitted, Oliver claims to have worked without formal employment registration, with hours that—according to her account—extended from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.

She demands payment of owed wages, unpaid differences, overtime, and other labor-related items.

Journalist Santiago Sposato detailed that the former employee had a central role within the family dynamic: "She coordinated the daily life of the household, managed the kitchen and cleaning staff, and organized all school and extracurricular activities for Wanda's five children."

The tasks mentioned include:

  • Coordination of piano, French, soccer, skating, drums, and artistic gymnastics classes.
  • Accompanying the children to school and direct contact with school authorities.
  • Citizenship and passport procedures.
  • Management of foreign bank accounts.
  • Organization of medical and dental appointments.
  • Control of purchases and supplies.

How much money does Wanda Nara owe her former employee?

In the report broadcast by América, screenshots of messages between the former employee and Wanda Nara were shown. Oliver claimed to have started with a salary of 1.5 million pesos (3,307 pounds) off the books, which later became 1 million (2,205 pounds) on the books after renegotiation.

In part of the exchange, the woman wrote: "I can't have a gross salary of 1.5 because what I have left isn't even enough for rent, which is 700,000 pesos (1,544 pounds)".

Wanda reportedly replied: "I always understood it as gross because it doesn't work for what I invoice. I can't pay you more than this at this time".
