The Chateau Libertador, located in Núñez, was the scene of a heated argument between Wanda Nara and Mauro Icardi. The conflict escalated to the point where police, lawyers, and associates of both were required, while neighbors heard the screams of the ex-couple's daughters.

During the episode, the screams of Mauro Icardi echoed throughout the building. "Mauro is screaming extremely violently," witnesses commented, adding details such as the presence of Kennys and Payarola's attempts to mediate the situation. According to revelations on LAM, Wanda Nara's employee was crying due to the chaos.

Neighbors fed up with the situation decide to move

The scandal not only affected the couple but also the building's residents. In an interview with Noticias Argentinas, several neighbors confessed to being "fed up" with the situation. According to them, the chaos is constant, and the presence of the press makes living there unsustainable.

"There's always trouble, you go out and they take pictures of you," some neighbors mentioned, who could no longer endure the media exposure and constant noise. Thanks to this, one family has already managed to sell their property and will leave the Chateau Libertador in the next 10 days.

The residents claim that the dispute between Mauro Icardi and Wanda Nara directly affects them. The constant tension and the presence of the press make it difficult for them to lead a peaceful life in the building.
