The news was communicated by the actor himself through a post on Instagram, where he shared a photograph with his brother and dedicated a heartfelt farewell message that quickly generated hundreds of expressions of affection from colleagues, friends, and followers.

“Duilito, it seems incredible to me to be writing this, but here I am, and with all the pain in the world I will tell you that it was beautiful to have you by my side for these 46 years”, wrote the actor.

Unlike Nicolás, Duilio Cabré always chose to stay away from the entertainment world and media exposure. He was a year and eight months older than the actor and, according to reports, worked as a taxi driver.

Despite the low profile he maintained throughout his life, the relationship between the two brothers was very close, something that was reflected in the words that the star of numerous Argentine fictions dedicated to him after his passing.
