São Paulo will definitely buy Enzo Díaz: how much money will River receive

At the beginning of the year, Enzo Díaz left River as part of the deal that allowed Giuliano Galoppo's arrival at the Millonario. Since his arrival at São Paulo, the full-back has become a starter thanks to strong performances, which activates the mandatory purchase clause and will allow the Núñez club to receive a significant sum for his transfer.

The original agreement between the clubs was a one-year loan, free of charge and with a purchase option that would become mandatory if Díaz played 60% of the matches.

Since his arrival in Brazil, Díaz has played 41 matches, starting in 32, scored one goal and provided four assists, accumulating nearly 3,000 minutes in the tricolor jersey. Under Crespo's management, he started in 11 of the 12 matches he was available for.

With the consistency shown by the former Talleres player, the São Paulo team will have to acquire 100% of the defender's rights for 2 million dollars, while Díaz will sign a contract until December 2028.

Giuliano Galoppo's situation at River

The midfielder arrived on loan with a purchase option of 3.2 million dollars for 50% of his rights, which will also become mandatory if certain sporting objectives are met. Meanwhile, those at Núñez view completing the acquisition favorably, especially considering that 2 million will be received for Enzo Díaz.

With these moves, River would be in a position to keep Galoppo until December 2028, ensuring both the continuity of the midfielder and the successful sale of the full-back to São Paulo.
