With the Bolsa de Cereales, the G7 is formed: a new group of business entities.

The entity, together with the Stock Exchange, the Chamber of Commerce, Camarco, Fedecom, CaCec, and the Córdoba Industrial Union, formed the G7

The Córdoba Grain Exchange joined a group of Córdoba entities with which they formed the G7.

Now, the Group of Business Entities of Córdoba (G7) is made up of the Córdoba Grain Exchange and Chamber, Córdoba Stock Exchange, Córdoba Chamber of Commerce, Córdoba Chamber of Foreign Trade, Argentine Chamber of Construction – Córdoba Delegation, Córdoba Commercial Federation, and Córdoba Industrial Union.

"After a process of convergence among the leading business entities in commerce, industry, construction, services, and agriculture in the province of Córdoba, this space for private sector representation is expanding, setting out a common work agenda," states a G7 press release.

In this new configuration, the leaders of the seven entities defined the purpose of their joint work as: “to be the representative voice of Córdoba's economic and productive network, seeking to have an effective and proactive impact on a transformative public agenda to drive further growth, investment, and employment in our province and in the country.”

The first joint working meeting took place this Monday at the headquarters of the Grain Exchange, where the authorities came together and agreed on seven work initiatives that can be consulted at G7 Córdoba: the business force in action.

After the meeting, the various participants shared their views on the value and mission of this team.

The strengthening of the G7 in Córdoba

First, the president of the recently incorporated Grain Exchange, Alberto Rodríguez, stated: “The G7 alliance reflects the comprehensiveness of an economic model and synthesizes the essence of Córdoba. Today we unite agriculture, industries, commerce, and services in a single development agenda with a great strength: representativeness with its own identity. This way, we unite our voices as sectors to project a greater voice as a driver of growth, development, innovation, and sustainability, the voice of our beloved province of Córdoba.”

Tomás Grunhaut, vice president of the Córdoba Chamber of Commerce, emphasized that “the incorporation of the Grain Exchange into the Group strengthens the representation of the agricultural sector, contributing its perspective, experience, and commitment to the production and development of our province.”

Fausto Brandolin, president of FEDECOM, believes that “from the G7, the Córdoba Commercial Federation reaffirms its commitment to promoting formality and the growth of provincial commerce, the foundation of our economy and genuine employment, also promoting the reduction and simplification of taxes to encourage investment and competitiveness.”

The voice of Córdoba's productive network

From the construction sector, Horacio Berra, president of CAMARCO states: “We have taken a great step forward, fulfilling an aspiration that had been postponed, to bring together the entire productive network of our province. With the vision that characterizes us, we are representing all the sectors that generate value and are the builders of Córdoba's gross product.”

“I consider it of great value to incorporate a sector with so much potential and such dynamism in the province's economy. In addition, growing from our beloved G6 to a G7 means strengthening the institutional muscle of the private sector and allows for an even greater impact,” says Marcelo Uribarren, vice president of the UIC.

Meanwhile, Marcelo Bechara, president of CaCEC, stated that “G7 Córdoba is consolidating itself as a representative and leading voice of Córdoba's productive sector. With a vision for the future and collaborative commitment, it drives a public agenda to strengthen competitiveness, promote investment, generate quality employment, and integrate Córdoba and the country into the world.”

In conclusion, Manuel Tagle, president of the Stock Exchange, assured that “the leaders of the seven most representative business chambers of Córdoba have assumed a commitment that goes beyond the current situation: to be guardians of freedom and macroeconomic order, convinced that only through these values can Argentina regain the splendor and social well-being it once achieved. When these values and principles were respected, the country grew, became wealthier, and raised the standard of living of its population.”
