According to Yanina on SQP (América), her daughter did not try to evade the checkpoint. "She didn't get in the car, she handed it over and left," she explained. However, the news went viral and caused a strong reaction on social media.

In her defense, Yanina detailed what happened: "She went to a party, didn't eat, weighs two kilos wet, had a fernet, and thought that after six hours she was fine."
She also clarified that her daughter paid the fine of 50,000 pesos and was given a provisional license while the permanent one remains impounded. "She made a mistake, she messed up, I scolded her when I found out," she acknowledged.

The scandal added a new chapter when Morena Rial got involved in the discussion. She posted a message on her social media attacking Lola and questioning Yanina for criticizing her on television.
"Now that Alejandro Cipolla didn't defend your drunk daughter, you're saying that she can't be talked about."

She concluded: "You talk about everyone, but no one can talk about you."
