Yanina Latorre revealed that China Suárez reported her for gender violence.
The panelist disclosed the charges she is accused of and lashed out: 'Is it violence to say she sleeps with married men?'
The legal conflict between Eugenia "la China" Suárez, Wanda Nara, and Yanina Latorre added a new chapter after the host of Sálvese quien pueda (América Tv) revealed on her show that she was accused of "gender violence" by the actress. The information emerged following public statements by Suárez's lawyer, Agustín Rodríguez, who confirmed that they will proceed legally against both media personalities.
In a conversation with Intrusos, Rodríguez explained that Suárez initiated legal actions for damages, after considering that she was a victim of a defamation campaign sustained both on Susana Giménez's show and on LAM, where Latorre referred to the alleged relationship between the actress and Mauro Icardi. "There is clear gender violence against her," stated the lawyer, who also questioned the lack of solidarity from feminist groups in this case.
According to the lawyer, the legal actions are not limited to the contraventional level: "We will continue with the civil lawsuit for damages. Not only against Wanda Nara but also against those who have systematically contributed to devaluing Eugenia's image." Rodríguez assured that the amount they are claiming as compensation is around 200 thousand dollars.

Yanina Latorre's reaction to China Suárez's accusation
Yanina Latorre's reaction was swift. True to her style, the panelist showed indignation with the accusation and replied harshly during her program: "Let's talk seriously. Agustín Rodríguez, you're a lawyer. Sue me for damages if you want, but you have to prove it. In almost 15 years of career, I've never paid one."

The communicator firmly questioned the use of the concept of gender violence in this context. "It bothers me that, to defend a girl who is indefensible, they use such a serious term. Gender violence doesn't apply between women. And, moreover, with this, they are devaluing the women who truly suffer from it: femicides, emotional violence, workplace abuse," she expressed.
Latorre also recalled how the scandal involving Wanda Nara and Mauro Icardi with China Suárez originated. "I didn't open the door or the bedroom of China. Wanda found the evidence, sent it to me, and I told it. I had the information, I had the source. I don't regret anything."
