The weather in Buenos Aires starts this Monday, June 15 with very low temperatures, clear skies, and a marked winter atmosphere. After the arrival of cold air over the weekend, the start of the week shows some of the lowest minimums of June so far.
According to the updated forecast from the National Meteorological Service (SMN), the cold will continue to be the main feature in the AMBA over the next few days. However, the sun will gain ground before a new episode of instability expected for the second half of the week.

Freezing Monday in Buenos Aires: the coldest morning of the week
This Monday began with a minimum temperature close to 2°C in various areas of the AMBA, while the maximum would reach 15°C.
The sky will remain clear for most of the day, with very little cloud cover and light winds. The combination of dry air and sunshine will allow for a pleasant afternoon, although the atmosphere will remain cold during the morning and night.
In suburban areas and sectors farther from the city center, even lower values were recorded, with thermal sensations that required extra warmth from early on.
