According to what she revealed on Sálvese quien pueda (América TV), the media personality is reportedly being sued for improper use of exclusive material.

The host stated that Wanda Nara uploaded content from Divas Play to her OnlyFans account without authorization.
"She had exclusivity and didn't care. Divas Play started writing to her, she never replied to any other message," Yanina recounted while showing the images reused by the Bad Bitch singer.

"Divas Play is suing her," Latorre announced live, and added that the lawsuit has already been filed in Uruguay.

According to her, if the influencer doesn't appear in court, she won't be able to enter the neighboring country until the case is solved.
